Hot showers AREN’T the best.

ESPECIALLY for your hair!

I know temps are dropping outside, but you should try your best NOT to shampoo or rinse your hair with that same hot temperature water.

Why?

You’re blasting open that hair cuticle allowing what ever kind of moisture and hydration you had, to slip away. Depleting it.

Making your hair super dehydrated.

So make sure you cool down that water a bit to prevent dry hair this winter!
