ADAPT Director Bill Erysian has collaborated on a newly-published article for Military Review magazine that focuses on food security issues of the Baltic States, particularly in light of potential Russian aggression in the region. The article largely takes an agro-economic perspective and reveals some vulnerabilities that can impact the region's agricultural and foods sectors:
