This was my first solo wax studio back in 2017 — a single office, shared with another esthie, separated by nothing but curtains 😂 A few of you OGs definitely remember this space.

Times were hard back then — trying to make ends meet while building a clientele from absolute scratch and raising a family. Every appointment mattered, every dollar counted, and quitting was never an option.

👉 Month 1: 1 paying client
👉 Month 2: 3 clients
👉 Month 3: 2 clients

But I didn’t quit.

Fast forward just 2 years later and I was booked out up to 3 months in advance, slinging 18–20 Brazilians a day 💪🏽
And now… ALL THIS.

A beautiful, luxe space that’s clean, inviting, completely private (yes, with a self-locking door this time 😌).

Self-employment is not for the weak. You’ll endure trials, tribulations, self-doubts, bad biz partnerships and many sleepless nights — but hard work, consistency, and sacrifice really do pay off.
