EXERCISE 1️⃣ ISO Lateral Bench Press: 3 x 12 (6 reps each arm)
EXERCISE 2️⃣ Single Dumbbell Tricep Ext Right: 3 x 15
EXERCISE 3️⃣ Incline Bench press: 3 x 15
EXERCISE 4️⃣ Single Dumbbell Tricep pull down l Left: 3 x 15
EXERCISE 5️⃣ Cable Fly: 3 x 30
EXERCISE 6️⃣ Machine Tricep pull down : 3 x 15
EXERCISE 7️⃣ Low cable chest fly : 3 x 15
