Did you know that Compass Made was born out of our parent company Compass Components?

Compass Components was founded on distribution and the assembling of actual product lines, such as raw connectors, resistors, and passive electromechanical components. One day a customer asked us, "Hey, can you put a wire on this connector?" and Compass manufacturing was born.

Born and raised in Deming, Michael Poudrier is a committed father, avid hiker, and Zuken specialist. With his commitment to innovation and improvement, Michael has quickly risen from Cutting Machine Operator to Engineering Supervisor. Here is his story: http://ow.ly/eDVP50vCB7k

Elizabeth Brill brings so much to our Compass family beyond her responsibilities as the Senior Inside Sales Supervisor for Compass Components. Elizabeth leads the company’s social good work, including an annual canned food drive, school supply drive, and our Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child project.
