We are looking out for Business Analysts with the following skills on an ongoing basis:
Job Description:
Requirements Gathering- defining, analyzing and documenting requirements; managing requirements at the project level, leading to fulfilling business needs.
• Assisting with the business case
• Planning and monitoring
• Eliciting requirements
• Requirements organization
• Translating and simplifying requirements
• Requirements management and communication
• Requirements analysis
Requirements Analysis- Use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and handing over to delivery teams for deployment
Required Skills
• Graduation in MBA.
• Must possess Good Management and communication skills.
• Knows the basic of the IT Terms and terminologies like SDLC, OOPS.
• Knowledge of Excel, HTML, UML, Sql.
• Must have logical and reasoning ability.
• Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate.
Desired Skills
• Eligibility and willingness to work anywhere in US.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must possess excellent communication skills like pace and fluency, no fumbling allowed.
• Should be ready to relocate anywhere in USA.
• Should have ability to be an independent worker as well as a team worker.
• Candidates must not be doing part time jobs.
• Any Previous Experience into BA is an Ad-on.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
