WHS Gradnite Inc.

We will have our final parent/student meeting on May 18, 2026 at 8pm. This is a mandatory meeting for all parents and students. We will go over important reminders, what to expect at check in on 6/6, and bus sign up information. Bus sign ups will open the following evening on 5/19 at 9pm and will close on 5/22 at 9pm. Students who do not sign up for a bus during this time will be assigned by the Grad Nite committee. Bus assignments will be released on 5/26.

In the meantime, please have your student complete the student code of conduct google form: Student Code of Conduct . This is a mandatory form that is required for your student to attend Grad Nite. It will populate our database with names/phone numbers for students and parents, insurance information and any medications your student will bring with them to Grad NIte.

Signs will be delivered directly to local homes in Fremont by WHS Grad Nite Inc. board members. A portion of proceeds will benefit WHS Grad Nite, helping us send our graduates to Disney for a fun, safe, and memorable celebration.

We are very close to securing a 3rd bus for Grad Nite 2026!

At this time, we need just 4 more students to register in order to confirm the third bus. Reaching this goal will also allow the 8 students currently on the waitlist to join the trip. Last day to sign up will be April, 17 2026.

Time is running out, and we don’t want anyone to miss this incredible experience.

We will be at Disneyland/Ca Adventure full day on June 7
Exclusive Grad Nite after-party at California Adventure (9:00 PM – 1:30 AM)

Hello Grad NIte parents and grads!

Thank you all to those who made their final payments. We currently have two students with a balance, all others have paid in full. If you have not been directly contacted to make a payment. you are all set. Grad nite is coming up quick and there are some important dates to share:

Last Call for Registration - April 6th
There are several students currently on the waitlist who are hoping that just 6 more of their classmates sign up so they can all go to Disneyland. If we don’t have enough students to fill up a 3rd bus, those on the waitlist will unfortunately be declined and have their money refunded. So spread the word! The last day to sign up is this Monday, April 6th.
Visit https://usastudenttravel.com and select ‘Trip Registration’ at the top right. The school/group name is Washington.

Fundraisers
We need your help to promote these fundraisers! Once we set aside a minimum amount of seed money for next year’s Grad Nite board, the rest of the funds will be distributed to this year’s registered students in the form of a Disney gift card to spend on food and souvenirs during Grad Nite.

Graduation Lei’s - Order now and pick up by April 15th
Just 2 weeks left! Mention the WHS Grad Nite Fundraiser when ordering and $20 will be donated for every WHS Money Lei Set ordered. $5 will be donated for every Kukui Nut/Ribbon Lei Set ordered. Details in the attached flyer.

Grad Nite Gear -Orders due by April 15th.
