Ingredients:
6–8 slices of stale bread
2 eggs
1 cup milk

Ingredients
1 lb smoked kielbasa (or turkey kielbasa for a lighter option), sliced into 1-inch rounds
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1/4 cup light brown sugar (or dark brown sugar for deeper flavor)
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven
Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
Slice the kielbasa
Cut the sausage into 1-inch thick rounds for bite-sized pieces.
Make the glaze
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
Coat the sausage
Place kielbasa in the baking dish and pour glaze evenly over the pieces. Toss gently to coat.
Bake until caramelized
