Day 4 of CampMed2024 focused on abscess incision and drainage, punch biopsy, ultrasound, and the CampMed Challenge.

On this last day of CampMed, students experienced a wide-range of procedures and fun activities. From performing abscess incision and draining using scalpel and syringe, to conducting punch biopsies on tomatoes and cucumbers, to using a handheld ultrasound probe to observe their own pulsating aorta and beating heart, students had an amazing time of learning. Students also participated in the CampMed Challenge that involved suturing, knot-tying, and answering questions on topics covered during the week.
