A recent parklet build with feet in Fremont. Over time, layers of asphalt can build up and create steep slopes between the center of streets and the curbs. Leveling feet bridge the gap!

Slopes, cross slopes, stormwater, drain placement, and curb heights vary from town to town and even block to block. A quick leveling feature on a modular parklet means these baddies built by can be thrown on a forklift, taken to another restaurant in and releveled on a new street with new measurements in minutes.

Modular is the name of the game these days. 👷‍♀️🚧🔧

1 4-piece parklet can make a killer floating deck or can be a smaller, movable part of a much larger parklet. Here leveled and tested the first of manymanymany 6x6 modular squares.
