Fruits & vegetables you shouldn’t be refrigerating:
Pineapple

Once you pick a pineapple, it doesn't get any riper, so you should try to buy a perfectly ripe pineapple with the intention of eating it sooner rather than later.
That also means that you should just leave it at room temperature, keeping it in the fridge isn't going to have an effect on its ripeness.

What is coconut oil coffee?

Adding fats such as butter, ghee, coconut oil or even eggs to your coffee isn’t anything new and has been around for a long time.
Dave Asprey with his “Bulletproof Coffee” creation is probably the reason why coconut coffee has started to gain popularity in recent years.
Using traditional recipes as his foundation, he adds butter, his own branded coffee beans, and oil he calls “Brain Octane,” which is basically 100% pure coconut oil.
However, you don’t need to fall prey to the “Bulletproof Coffee” marketing hype that can see you spending double or triple on a healthy coffee infusion.
In fact, you can reap many of the health benefits simply by adding plain old coconut oil to your coffee.
Forget the grass-fed butter and brain exploding octane.
Coconut oil is all you need.
It’s cheaper and is a more easily accessible option for most who don’t want to buy into the branded product.
Plus there’s a lot of scientific evidence supporting the benefits of coconut oil in coffee, minus the marketing hype!

Coconut Oil Coffee Recipe

Ingredients:
😀1 cup of coffee, brewed the way you like it
😀1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Optional extras:
😀A sliver of unsalted butter
😀Quarter teaspoon of vanilla extract
😀Honey
😀Milk
😀Condensed milk
😀Raw egg
😀Ice

Preparation:
😀Make your coffee the way you like it and pour into your blender with a tablespoon of coconut oil or more to taste.
😀Blend until your coffee with coconut oil lightens in color, about 20 to 30 seconds.
😀At this stage you can drink or add in other ingredients and blend for a further 20 seconds or until thoroughly combined.

Treating your pizza like it’s pasta

Finish your pizza with aged cheese and olive oil.
Use a nice, simple California arbequina olive oil, and grate Old Gold cheese on top.
Parm would be good too.
Sure, there’s already cheese on the pizza, but that last dusting at the end adds a little richness.
It’s just like adding Parmesan to pasta at the table.
If you cooked the cheese into the pasta, it just wouldn’t have the same fresh flavor.

Knowing when to top

Some toppings, like hardy greens, are best cooked from the start with the dough.
But others, like really nice anchovies, you want to add to the finished cooked pie.
Cook thinly sliced asparagus, boiled (crumbled) new potatoes, sautéed mushrooms, or fresh baby spinach with the pizza.
Top chopped chives, paper-thin slices of cured meats, fresh basil leaves, or anchovy fillets after cooking.
