It’s a 10,000 square-foot shop with 15 lifts where we service only European cars. Shop has air-conditioning, painted floors and we work like gentlemen. I have seen and heard it all before. A Techs usually become B’s and B’s, C’s here. We do everything in house. And we work properly. I would love to find an A diagnostic tech for European cars but I don’t believe there are any out there.
I will settle for a solid B tech with the right attitude and mindset who is willing to learn learn European cars. I can not train anyone and can not use a C tech. Working clean is an absolute must. Being honest is also an absolute must. Please be very honest. Salary will be based on ability.
