These pictures are from another inspector, but this is what happens when you use sharp screws to hold the cover on. The screw pierced the insulated wire and cause a nice firework show. Please use the proper screws for the panel cover, so no one can get hurt.
This is why during a home inspection we check for a anti tip bracket on your stove.
