King Innovations LLC is proud to announce that this home has officially received its final inspection and Certificate of Occupancy!

We had the privilege of building this home for Jerome and Samantha Wimmer. What makes it even more special is that I actually went to school with them, and being able to help them bring their dream home to life all these years later has truly been a blessing.

While we’re honored to have been part of this journey, a great deal of credit belongs to Jerome and Samantha. They invested countless hours of hard work into their home and were actively involved throughout the building process. We worked together to allow them to take on certain aspects of the project because that was part of their vision and their dream for this home.

The result is a beautiful home that reflects not only quality craftsmanship but also the dedication, effort, and personal touch that Jerome and Samantha poured into it. We are grateful for the opportunity to work alongside them and proud of what we accomplished together.
