Today, our hearts are heavy as we mourn the loss of our owner, Kimball Firestone, who departed this world on Monday, June 3rd, surrounded by family.

Kim's genuine love for both his employees and guests made our establishment feel like home to so many. His presence in the restaurant was more than just being an owner; it was a testament to his dedication and passion. He relished in the joy of seeing familiar faces day in and day out, forging lasting connections with the community.

Let's raise a glass (preferably of TX whiskey) to the man who loved great food, great drinks, and great people. Kim will be greatly missed. ❤️
