Hello AATP families! Just a reminder that I am SOLD OUT for the Thanksgiving holiday 12/26-12/1. I am also SOLD OUT for overnights 12/20 thru 12/31. I will update other sold out dates later. Also, if you already have vacation dates for 2025, please get them to me. I already have quite a few reserved for next year. Many thanks!

Hello my AATP families! This post will be semi long. I have been an independent pet sitter in the Frederick area for 16 years. During this entire time, I have not raised my rates. So, this post is about changes that I need to make in order to keep pet sitting. My rates/changes will still be competitive/lower than most. So, here we go. All changes will begin on September 1, 2024. IF you already have dates booked for after 9/1, your original rates will still be honored.

1. All visits (both daily & vacation visits) will increase by $2/visit.
2. Overnights will increase by $10/night. Overnights include ONE midday visit. Any additional visits during the day will be charged a daily visit rate.
3. Holiday Rates--This is new for me. But, the rate will still be more than fair. The rate will be an additional $10/day flat rate. Overnights will also be charged a $10/day flat rate.
HOLIDAYS: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

AREAS SERVED: This has changed as well. It does NOT impact current pet families.
** I will no longer be taking on new pet families in the Ijamsville/Monrovia/Urbana areas.
I will continue to serve in New Market, Walkersville, City of Frederick (21701, 21702 21703), Middletown, Jefferson & areas in between.
Unfortunately, I cannot take sits in downtown Frederick unless the pet family has parking on site.

I appreciate & love all of my pet families. I will continue the practice of no extra charge for multiple pets, multiple kitty litter boxes & oral medication administration. I DO charge extra for administering injections. That fee is $15/injection.

Cancelation Policy--I am still working on this and will have policies determined by this weekend.

**PLEASE get me your vacation dates as soon as you have them. Especially if you need overnights. I'm only taking a certain number of nights per month.
***I am close to being sold out 11/12 thru 11/18. I will not be doing overnights for these dates.
****Please remember that I do not do "onesie" visits Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas & New Year's Eve.
