Nice little basement project.

Screened in deck we just wrapped up for some awesome Clients. Unfortunately the cold weather stopped us from doing paint touch ups so we will go back in the spring for paint touch ups and a sealer top coat on the beautiful mahogany flooring.

A little before and after. Restored old mahogany tongue and groove porch floor. First carefully removed buckling boards then reinstalled then a little powerwashing and a whole lot of sanding finished off with a few coats of ppg ProLuxe. Should stay looking good for many years to comr. Honestly didn't think it would come back that nice.
