On this day, I reflect on all the things I’m thankful for. I hold gratitude in my heart for all things big and small. I am grateful and honored that you have given me a space to share my values and ideals.

Hello 49. I know a lot of women feel some kind of way as they age, but today all I feel is gratitude, love, and hope. I am happy with the woman I‘ve become and continue to cultivate. I surround myself with people who reciprocate the energy I give. To me, aging gracefully means accepting and celebrating my authentic self. Today, I celebrate ME with no regrets!

I’ve learned to embrace structure and hard lines while appreciating soft curves and warm light. When we leverage both our masculine and feminine energies, we paint a new beautiful world on the canvas of a balanced approach to success. Our equilibrium come back in sync and we can more freely move in the direction of our higher selves.
