Last night, someone smashed a window from the business with one of our outdoor chairs during closed hours.

Police was contacted, and video footage showed a young looking white male who appeared to have walked to Joy Convenience from the ho**ah lounge across the street. He smashed the chair into the window one time before walking away from the scene.

According to a witness, he attends Hood College here in Frederick.
