Deposit is non refundable for no shows, 30 min late or cancellation less than 48 hours unless it’s an emergency (documentation required). If a client cancels 2 hours before or shows up to the appointment and leave, they are expected to pay 75% of the total cost. Deposits are non refundable for boarding
