We're hiring a Construction Bilingual Safety Specialist to join the MYC team.

This role is built for someone who takes safety seriously — not as a checklist, but as a foundation. At MYC, safety is integrated into every phase of a project, from preconstruction planning through final walkthrough. The person in this seat will help carry that commitment across job sites and across language barriers.

What we're looking for:
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• 3-5 years of experience in construction safety management
• Someone who communicates clearly, works proactively, and holds the line when it matters
