The Radiology Clinic recently opened their doors at 112 Thomas Johnson Drive in Frederick adding to their practices in Rockville and Germantown.

Radiologists and technologists at their newly completed first floor suite offer a full range of advanced diagnostic imaging services—including Wide Bore High Field MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and X-ray—in a state-of-the-art environment.

We’re proud to have them join our growing healthcare hub. The remaining 8,000 square feet on the second floor of this building are still open for lease discussions.

Plans are also underway to further support new and growing medical practices with a third building at the Governors Place campus, located at 108 Thomas Johnson Drive. Additional details will be shared as this project moves toward its anticipated completion in early 2028.

Owners Justin and Jalene Armstrong and their team are accepting new clients for their electrolysis services for permanent hair removal. Congratulations to Sleep Services of Maryland on the opening of their clinic on the third floor of 110 Thomas Johnson Drive. Dr. Yash Mehndiratta and his team will use this space for consultation and for supporting their clinic locations around Maryland including Germantown, Elkridge and Rockville. Their clinics provide treatment for disorders including sleep apnea, narcolepsy, hypersomnia and insomnia, restless leg syndrome, pediatric sleep disorders and circadian rhythm disorders. Services include sleep studies, CPAP, oral appliances, Inspire Therapy and NeurOptimal clinics.
