📞 HR Coordinator – Trucking Company (Full-Time)

Location: Montgomery Village, MD
Schedule: Monday–Friday (8AM-5PM)

📌 What You’ll Do

Driver Recruiting & Hiring
- Call and pre-screen driver applicants daily
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
- Keep hiring pipeline full at all times

Onboarding & Compliance
- Help collect and organize driver documents (CDL, medical cards, etc.)
- Coordinate drug testing and background checks
- Maintain driver qualification files (DQ files)
- Track expirations and keep records up to date

Driver Support & Retention
- Help resolve basic driver issues and questions
- Conduct exit interviews when drivers leave

Admin / HR Support
- Data entry and updating internal systems
- Assist with payroll verification (miles, bonuses, etc.)
- Work with dispatch and safety team to solve driver issues
- Handle write-ups, warnings, and terminations properly

✅ What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (phone + text + email)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and follow up consistently
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, job boards)
- Experience in recruiting, HR, or trucking is a plus (not required)
- Excellent English
