This morning’s groundbreaking marked the beginning of an exciting journey, with High Flying Hangars CEO Kenny Hinkes sharing his enthusiasm for the project, alongside Warner Construction President Randy Sibold and representatives from Frederick County & City.

We’re grateful for the opportunity and look forward to bringing this vision to life.
