In the past month, I conducted NorthropU training sessions for Northrop Realty agents, with a key objective of providing them with a comprehensive understanding of how to market and message to the various generations. During the classes, we explored each generation’s demographics, psychographics, communication channels, and media consumption patterns. I also shared customized marketing tactics and messaging that can effectively engage each generation, boost brand loyalty, and ultimately drive sales and business expansion.
