Over a year into this adventure and finally getting around to joining the Frederick Chamber. This county and Frederick City as a whole are unbelievable. So many resources, so many tools, so much support and such amazing people! Thank you to Frederick County Chamber of Commerce for the amazing work you do!

New Member Orientation was attended by over thirty members yesterday! Thanks to all of our members who joined us, we enjoyed talking to all of you about your Chamber membership!

🤔 I think the biggest difference I have observed so far between start-ups and more established enterprises is that the latter seem to cycle between prioritizing and while the former are able to conceptualize both simultaneously.

Building a involves balancing both and taking a look at your business from customer acquisition to service delivery. This is how we build a that contemplates not only your customer's journey, but also the experience of those who work for you.

Aside from that, the problems that need solving are basically the same. 😊
