Stone Pillar Farm

Stone Pillar Farmstand will be open Saturday 9am–12pm with a special treat—fresh, no-spray apples. These apples may look a little imperfect, but they’re perfectly healthy and delicious.

Who’s where: Abby will be running the farmstand while Mike heads to the Derwood Farmers Market. We’re planning to rotate every couple of weeks so you’ll see both of us at each spot over time.

This week we’ll have plenty of radishes and turnips (with their greens on top!). They’re great roasted, sautéed, or sliced fresh — and we’ve shared a simple Roasted Root Medley recipe below for inspiration.

🐓 Farmstand This Saturday — 9am to 12pm at the farm 🥕

Big news — all chicken parts are finally back in stock including breasts and tenders! And thanks to a couple of freezers giving up on processing day, we'll have fresh, never frozen chicken this week. It’s a happy accident, and a good experiment to see if folks enjoy the convenience of fresh chicken right after processing.

We’ll also still have frozen inventory available for anyone who prefers that.

🌡️ Tomatoes are limited right now due to the excessive heat — when temps hit 100°F+, plants drop flowers instead of setting fruit.
