*WHY THIS RIDE?* This ride is unique, with three purpose-built phases: (1) First 15 miles are Zone 2-3 conversational pace; (2) Next 20+ miles thru the Great Falls Climb are competitive and fast, with three regroups; (3) Final 10 miles along MacArthur into G’town are a disciplined single, rotating paceline.
