In practice: a hopper conveyor on a modular plastic belt feeding a chicane of low-profile flat belt conveyors. Standard components, configured for this specific problem. Two conveyors with a specialized flip point so the camera can image both sides of each part.

Getting the spacing consistent took work. When it held, the cell ran for years. The customer came back for another.
