Let’s be real… having Hashimoto’s comes with a lot of awkward, frustrating, and sometimes embarrassing symptoms. 😩
Constipation. Hair loss. Low libido. Brain fog. Puffy face. Hormonal chaos. I see it every day in my practice, and I promise you, you’re not alone in asking these questions (even the ones you whisper or Google at 2am). 👀

👇 And tell me, what’s a question you’ve always wanted to ask about Hashimoto’s but felt too shy to say out loud?
Drop it below or DM me. I might just feature it in my next post.

I don’t believe Hashimoto’s care should be built around fear, restriction, or a list of “never do this again” rules.
Most people are looking for the magic supplement, the perfect diet, or the one lab marker that explains everything.
But in my practice, the routines that move the needle are often the ones that look almost too simple:
Morning light before your phone
Movement you actually enjoy
Hydration that supports digestion
A targeted supplement base
Sleep that protects your nervous system
These habits support cortisol rhythm, gut motility, blood sugar, recovery, and immune regulation, which all matter when you are living with Hashimoto’s.
And no, this does not mean everyone needs the same protocol. Your labs, symptoms, digestion, thyroid medication, cycle, stress load, and history all matter.
But these are the daily foundations I come back to again and again with my Hashimoto’s clients because your thyroid does not work in isolation. It responds to the environment you create for it every single day.
If you feel like you are doing “all the things” but still feel tired, bloated, inflamed, or stuck, you probably don’t need more random advice. You need a clear plan.

She was told antibiotics were her only option.
But her case didn’t require that level of intervention.
After reviewing her GI-MAP, we saw H. pylori without aggressive virulence factors*, which meant we had another option. Instead of jumping straight to antibiotics, we used a targeted protocol with mastic gum, zinc carnosine, probiotics, gut lining support, and strategic nutrition changes.
Within weeks, her bloating improved, reflux settled, and energy came back.
👉🏻Follow-up testing showed reduced H. pylori levels.
This is why I always say:
testing matters
and protocols are never one-size-fits-all
Sometimes eradication is necessary.
Sometimes the body just needs the right support to rebalance.
If you’re dealing with bloating, reflux, or Hashimoto’s symptoms that won’t go away, your gut might be part of the picture.
