We’ll never be quite the same.

Off to the best start of our next adventure with help from our friends at Arrow Earth Services | Indiana Excavation.
👷
We are still taking bookings and ask for grace and flexibility as we meld a construction schedule into the mix. No firm end date in sight but we’ll keep ya posted!

This spring, lawn stakes were driven into the ground in the lawn behind the studio. As summer fades into fall, we will be swapping those stakes for a new garage!
🧱
That means that things are going to look a little different around here for a while. We expect that the majority of the mess and driveway traffic will last through September and October. Without certainty, we remain flexible with these plans. We also have a dying Hackberry Tree that is being removed next to the studio during this time.
🔨
Weekends and evenings will remain the most feasible for bookings and we ask for your patience and flexibility as we navigate this fun experience together. As always we will attempt to over-communicate and remain transparent with each booking request.
🎄
Due to all of these updates we will not formally be promoting and hosting Christmas mini sessions before Thanksgiving. So much work goes into planning and scheduling those so until we know more concrete timelines we want to be transparent.
And now for great news…
✨When this project is complete we will have more parking spaces for the studio AND easier maneuverability in the driveway.
✨A breaking, hazardous tree will no longer be in the background of your shots.
✨ More photo nooks will be available - including a little map and markers for some of our (SE Indianapolis Photographer) favorites!

New prop drop!
👋🏼📞
Everybody deserves an end-of-weekend “everything shower,” amirite?
🧽
Mop water at the end, ya filthy animals.

But seriously, the dirt speaks volumes to the traffic in and out of this . THANK YOU for trusting us with your clients and your creative visions.
Tomorrow, 10am-noon, is the B O O K 📖 S W A P and there are some housekeeping items to share.
📔
Last year, the format emulated an open house. If you have somewhere to be, do not let that stop you from popping by or dropping off some books! We are glad to have you for as long as we can have you. We do have a hard stop at noon as the space is rented for the rest of the day and will need flipped beforehand.
💯
This event is free. There are two giveaways happening - one for a free local indie author book by and another for a Starbucks card for sharing this event on socials.
🛋️
Bring zero books or a box of books - we are happy to share whatever finds its way here. What doesn’t find a home will be stored for the next swap or sprinkled among free little libraries. Don’t forget a box or bag to take your treasure home!
🐘
Parking is more restricted for this event due to the snow. Please carpool as you can, give grace as you enter/exit, and do your best.
