What does Ramsey "In-House" mean anyway? 🤔

It means we produce everything in-house. From radio & podcast production to NY Times bestselling books to apps that help millions of families get out of debt... it's ALL done within these Ramsey walls.

Every month, our engineering team gathers to:

1) Learn about projects going on throughout Ramsey 💡
2) Grow - not just as developers, but also as awesome human beings 🌱
3) Have some FUN 🥳

For March, the theme was video games. They played a game where they guessed which video game theme song belonged with which game. (Think Sonic, Legend of Zelda, etc.)

In the end, there was only one person who got every answer right ➡️ Alex Aiezza 🎉 He won a sweet NES Lego set, courtesy of the Ramsey Engineering team.

This team works really freaking hard... but they clearly know how to have some F U N 👏
