We're searching for an incredibly important addition to the RCG team: Director of Operations. This person will be in charge of all operations functions, in support of our Telecom Department as a Service® offering. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Management of all staff in Client Service roles (includes support, implementation, audit, and reporting)
• Process Improvement and Development across all operational areas
• Expand and develop KPI’s for Telecom Department as a Service® offering
• Manage RCG third-party relationships associated with Client Services
• Design and implement criteria for hiring/role creation within Client Services

This role requires a proven track-record and a minimum of 5-7 years of operational leadership experience in the telecom industry.
