With a background in Quality Assurance, Authorizations, and Case Management, she plays a key role in supporting both our team and our clients. What do you love most about your job?
“What I love most about my role is the dynamic nature of the work—no two days are ever the same. Each day brings new scenarios, challenges, and learning opportunities, which keep me engaged and continuously growing. I truly appreciate the opportunity to expand my knowledge, whether it’s learning about new payer requirements, improving clinical documentation workflows, or strengthening my problem-solving skills. This constant evolution not only keeps the role exciting but also allows me to become more effective and confident in supporting both patients and our team.”

How does your role impact the important work our facilities do?
“I like to think of my role as a direct contributor to the positive impact our facilities have on patients' lives. As a UR Specialist, I help ensure that individuals can access the care they need, particularly those working to overcome substance use challenges. Each completed authorization represents more than just a task—it’s an opportunity for someone to receive treatment and move toward a healthier, more stable future. Knowing that my work helps remove barriers to care and gives patients a new opportunity in life is incredibly meaningful and motivating.”

What’s your favorite thing about Hansei?
“My favorite thing about working at Hansei is the strong sense of support and collaboration across the organization. I feel consistently supported by both leadership and my colleagues, creating a positive and motivating work environment.
