ALCARAZ’s Forehand Drills:
Working on the full unit-turn to strike the ball early on a circular motion followed by the racquet lag and long-arm extension generated lots of power and spins. Finishing up with a follow-thru over the left shoulder and the elbow in direction of the net. Did you hear the sound of the ball? Yes, lots of power, control, spins and consistency.
