Today we pause to remember and reflect.
We honor the thousands of lives lost and pay tribute to the brave men and women of the emergency services who, without hesitation, sacrificed their own lives to help others.

May God bless the men and women of the FDNY, NYPD, first responders, and courageous civilians who put themselves in harm’s way to save lives. Their heroism and selflessness will never be forgotten.
