The struggle when they don’t pickup your packages 2 days in a row… 😂

It was an understandable mistake, and also maybe not 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

There’s a substitute carrier while ours is out, totally cool.

We know they’re probably overwhelmed, and as the post office said when I asked why they weren’t picked up, the carrier was thrown to the wolves and not trained enough yet. 🤔🤨🧐

Oooook. I get that too. Really poor on the management but whatever, not necessarily the carrier either.

So what I want to know is why I got the confirmation both times at about 9pm at night that my packages were picked up when they weren’t.

Even the postal workers in the office said they don’t know how all that works.

They insinuated that the carrier was lying but I thought maybe it was a technology trigger that caused the email to go out.

Have you ever had this happen?

Does anyone actually know how the systems work?

Or maybe why they don’t prepare the carriers a little better maybe?

That poor person is probably in over their heads freaking out. 😔

Before the comments come in we’ll see if anyone reads this far…yup could’ve took them in except that we live pretty far from the main post office, daily life and garden season is happening and living with a chronic illness / chronic pain means you reserve your spoons where you can. ✌️ 🫶🏻
