Zucchini pancakes: shredded zucchini, egg, flour, salt, fried on the pan, portion with spoon.
Pollack balls: mix ground Pollack, onions, egg, shredded zucchini, flour, salt, pepper, make a ball, cover lightly in bread crumbs, fried to the gold on the pan for couple minutes, bake in oven for 20-30 min. Covered with aluminium paper.

No baked banana bread protein bar🍞🍌
1 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tbsp sweetner
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup any nut butter ( i used peanut butter)
1/2 maple syrup (i used honey instead)
1 smashed banana
1/4 chopped almonds
1 tbsp almond milk
1/2 cup vanilla protein

Mix all dry ingridients first, add all liquid ones. Put in tray and freeze for 30 min. 8 bars.
