Join us for our final activity of 2021 - a festive celebration of the holidays! An event for all ages, attendees will have the opportunity to experience the holidays and develop new skills through Christmas, Hanukkah, New Year’s, and winter-themed arts & crafts, music, and games. The entry fee is $5, which helps to cover the cost of supplies and materials.
This event will take place on Sunday, December 19, 2021 from 3:00-4:00 pm for all ages. It will be held at MetroWest YMCA, 280 Old Connecticut Path, Framingham, MA 01701.

Registration for our Adaptive Zumba class on November 14 is now open! Zumba is a wonderful way to experience a full-body workout while improving endurance, coordination, stress relief, confidence, and mood. It’s also great for gaining new skills in listening, following directions, and self-expression. Led by certified Zumba instructor Andria DeSimone, this class is sure to get everyone up and moving to the beat!

Registration for our Percussion Circle program on October 17 is now open! This program will incorporate elements of rhythm exploration and teach participants the basics of beat, meter, and tempo. Through rhythmic exercises and games, individuals will gain new skills in creative expression, listening, and communication. Participants will have the opportunity to try a range of instruments, including African djembe drums, tambourines, shakers, and rhythm sticks.
