LSCG (Full Circle Fiber Partners) is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and support fiber and coax infrastructure builds across residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time leadership role in a growing, people-first company.

What You’ll Do:
✔️ Manage day-to-day field operations and project crews
✔️ Supervise in-house and subcontractor teams
✔️ Oversee production tracking, materials, safety, and budget
✔️ Approve billing and reporting in tools like Penguin & Paylocity
✔️ Hire, train, and support technicians and coordinators
✔️ Collaborate with leadership on process improvement
Requirements:
🔧 5+ years in CATV or telecom construction management
🚗 Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
💻 Experience with Microsoft Office + internal tools (Penguin, GSX, Paylocity a plus)
📍 Must be able to commute to Powell, WY

💰 $115K–$125K salary
