This can be dangerous overtime as defective and poor connections can cause wiring to overheat and can potentially become a fire hazard. Here is an example of aluminum wires that have become overheated and damaged in the electrical panel.

Water leaks and moisture intrusions can cause serious damage to a house. Using a thermal imaging camera, it’s possible to find hidden water and moisture issues without destructive testing.
