‼️HAPPY NATIONAL SMALL BUSINESS DAY‼️ Starting a business ain’t no joke I’m telling yall! But so incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. I truly LOVE what I do. Being able to be a stepping stone for these women and children! I love it. Thank you God for this dream. Thank you for choosing me and finding me somehow worthy of such a task. May I never take it lightly even for a moment.

Coming to this realization that as much as you want to stick it out with people, platonic or romantic, everyone is NOT meant to be with you in every season. Trying to hold onto people whose time in my life had expired has cost me joy, peace, sleep, and blessings! I can 100% say I wouldn’t be where I am now had I listened the first time. (I can hear all my friends collectively say “amen” to this.) But man am I grateful for this realization. Am I grateful for deciding to take the temporary hurt so that I can find the people that ARE meant to go with me through the next season and the next! Again: Some people are only MEANT to serve you for a reason. They come in, teach you what you need to be taught, and then we are to let them GO! In love. And in peace. And that’s OKAY! Simply just how it is sometimes. Don’t drink yourself to fit in someone’s life. Don’t sacrifice your peace or joy to stay connected with someone. I promise it’s going to be okay!! Choose yourself!
