Good Ole Ways

I have often wondered why my wife loves this particular holiday? Why does she spend so much time works her butt of for a meal?
I have finally figured it out! She is always a giving person and this is a special day that she gets to have family and friends gather, a day she is reminded how thankful she is for all of them and the cooking is just a simple way of sharing and giving.
I am reminded today that I need to have a more thankful and giving heart. My wish is that we all take the a moment to think about all the things we are thankful for and try to have a giving heart in each day as we move forward.

How many times have you heard build the life you want to live?

You CAN do it. Is it going to be a lot of work? Sure is. Is it going to be scary? Sure is. Are you going to fail at a few things? Sure will.

What’s stopping you? Probably fear. Fear comes from a lack of confidence, comes from listening to the doomsday talking heads and comes from others questioning “why would you wanna do that?”

Perhaps it’s time to get back to the good ole ways where you say a little prayer, put on the big boy/girl pants and get your butt to work, building the life you wanna live!
