Rogie a Go Go

hello friends! i know it’s been a long time, but have been tied up and haven’t had a chance to update. thinking about making a comeback, but with a twist. since it’s a one man operation. was thinking making deconstructed versions of the rogies. would still make my own dough and ingredients, just made basically into a pasta platter/casserole. would be able to do pickup or delivery in the wb area. and also delivery in or around palmerton. just looking for feedback, thank you!
