Episode 2 of our brand-new video series is officially LIVE! This week, Chris headed on-location to the legendary "Panther Pit" at NorthWood High School to hit the hardwood with Scot Croner, Superintendent of Wa-Nee Community Schools.
Scot is a former geometry teacher and coach, and he brought some incredible insights. We talked about what it really takes to run a modern district, and he dropped the ultimate leadership analogy:
"Basketball is the ultimate game of teamwork. Sometimes you gotta do the dirty work. You gotta dive on the floor, do the things that go unnoticed. And thatโs what running a school system is all about."
From managing district-wide alignment to keeping the ultimate focus on the kids, this is an episode you don't want to miss.
Oh, and about that final shot? The pressure inside the Panther Pit was real. Does Chris go 2-for-2 on the series?
