✨Meet Kyla!✨

Kyla Dell Downs, Senior Property Manager for CHC Management and Vice President of Business Development for CHC Development, is responsible for the day-to-day management of properties within CHC’s commercial portfolio. Kyla is also our resident drone pilot and social media manager. Additionally, she is responsible for preparing investor reports and marketing material for all new and current developments.

Kyla has been with CHC for over 5 years and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Texas. She is a graduate of TCU, receiving her bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology in 2013. She is also an active board member for Near Southside, Inc.

Kyla is thrilled to be welcoming her first child at the end of the month and enjoys spending time with her family and puppy dog, Eastwood.

Construction is still underway on our mixed-use project at 314 South Main, but don’t worry! Our patio is going to be well worth the wait. 🥰
