With more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, entertainment, education, and retail, Dr. Gajraj leads national marketing, communications, brand, and partnership strategies that advance CAN Community Health's mission and impact.

In addition to his executive leadership role, Dr. Gajraj serves as an adjunct professor at Miami Dade College's School of Global Business and is accredited by the Association of College and University Educators. He also serves on the advisory board of the University of South Florida's Muma College of Business and contributor and Communications Council Member at Forbes.

Sylvia Rivera was an activist and advocate who dedicated her life to fighting for LGBTQ+ rights, particularly for those experiencing homelessness.

A key figure in the early LGBTQ+ rights movement, she worked tirelessly to ensure that those most often overlooked had a voice.

This Pride Month, we honor Sylvia Rivera and the bravery she showed in standing up for others, challenging injustice, and creating space for everyone to be seen and valued.
