Our Line Cooks are very important members of Oni Ramen. They are responsible for making sure that food is prepared to the exact specifications of the brand, for every one of our guest. We want our line cooks to grow and move up in the kitchen to positions with more responsibility.

Prior experience as line cook, prep cook, chef, BOH, kitchen staff, grill cook, saute cook, fry cook is desirable.

Requirements/Responsibilities

Line Cook:
Station Set-Up
Stock Station
Clean up & sanitation
Knife skills a huge plus
Must have a great attitude with a focus on food
Must be able to follow printed recipes and plate specifications.
Must be able to communicate clearly in English with managers and co-workers
Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 60 pounds
Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Performs shift change and/or opening or closing duties
