For years, I perfected the art of the “split-screen” life—making a painful reality look picture-perfect on the outside. But a near-fatal carbon monoxide poisoning in 2017 changed everything. It forced me to wake up—literally and figuratively—and step out of the shadows of the invisible wounds and narcissistic dynamics I was raised in.
Now, my mission is simple: I help high-functioning women learn to trust their own intuition, heal their pasts, and reclaim their self-worth.
