We got about a month to go!!

Last day before maternity leave starts had me with all the feels. I will miss my clients/friends/students very much but looking forward to another chapter to start. Thank you to all of you for taking my classes and allowing me to teach you what i have learned over the past 20ish years. I look forward to returning to you all soon but for now… a little break is needed. Thank you again, and love to all! ❤️

p.s. this post is sounding a bit like I’m taking a break from all the thangs… not true… just less physical movement… REST IS IMPORTANT!!
